"We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
- Preamble of the Constitution
The Preamble is a very important segment of the Constitution. Not only does it begin the constitution but it sets a precedent for what follows which is the amendments of the Constitution. It sets those fundamental principles and guidelines that Americans will need to "form a more perfect union," amongst other things.
I chose this video because it is different; you have a kid rapping about what he thinks the Preamble means. I enjoy finding alternative ways to learning other than just purely reading, reciting, or writing, I tend to choose more hands on activities where you can be creative. The kid who made this video looked like he had a lot of fun creatung the video especially from all of the role playing he and his co-star did in the video. Hopefully you enjoyed the video as much as I did.
